About: andrea Ratti

Andrea Ratti is a London based Film Director, Assistant Director, Producer, and Production Manager. He graduated from LCC: London College of Communication in 2017.

Having worked with numerous production companies such as DragonFly, YellowDoor Productions and FourImpact as well as renowned clients like McDonalds, Natwest and Arlo Technology- Andrea has made his way up the ladder from P.A (Production Assisting) to 1st AD.

He has experience working with features, TV Dramas, commercials, shorts and promos. Andrea’s productions have taken on many challenges including underwater shoots, dance and stunt choreography, large crowds (100+), abroad shoots, 16mm, sfx, vfx, armourers (firearms), biscuit rigs and more. Currently, Andrea is an AD trainee at Sara Putt Associates. With over 25 credits as a 1st AD, Andrea also has 6 years managerial experience outside the world of film as a cinema manager at the ODEON. Andrea’s future is to work on High-end TV as a 3rd AD while continuing to pursue the 1st AD role in narrative features.

Andrea has recently stepped out as a director and executive producer in his own right, but completing the productions of both ‘Tiny Kernel of Daele Joy” and “Fragments’, the latter we collaborated on to provide an original soundtrack for the film.
